Caroline Dupont


Caroline has been inspired and drawn to the field of human health and personal growth as long as she can remember. Her path has led her to the study of fitness and movement, nutrition, energy healing, yoga and meditation and she holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Black Belt in the Nia Technique. She has been studying yoga formally since 2000 and has been initiated to the 3rd level of Kriya Yoga with Marshall Govindan. She completed her teacher training with Shasta Townsend and continues to draw from various styles including Ashtanga, Kripalu and Iyengar for her yoga practice.

She is deeply grateful for the gift of yoga and loves to explore the place where mindfulness,  movement and breath meet. She is drawn to Buddhist philosophy and is studying Mindfulness in Clinical Practice with Michael Stone. She has developed the Clear Being Meditation Teacher Training Program, is a senior Instructor with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and the author of the book Enlightened Eating and the CD Open Heart Meditation. In her teaching and private practice as a Holistic Health Practitioner, she is dedicated to helping people to heal themselves in all ways using natural laws.
