Levels and Style
Classical Yoga has many modern forms. All classes practice traditional yoga postures to build strength and flexibility, with an attention to breath and alignment. We encourage you to practice the way you like best — group classes, semi-privates, privates, or corporate sessions — in one of our studios, at home, your office, or even in a school gym. Anusara Inspired Yoga

LEVELS back to top

Yoga Plus is a comprehensive studio perfect for the complete novice, to the advanced practitioner, to the teacher trainee.
