Since opening in April of 1995, Yoga Plus..., formerly The Yoga Studio has become Toronto's leading Yoga and Pilates centre.

Yoga Plus... is proud to bring more than yoga into your life. Our highly-trained and experienced teacher faculty leads our programs of drop in and pre-registered classes, workshops and private sessions.

With a strong, well-informed team Yoga Plus... is committed to providing instruction, information and products that support health and well-being.
Classical Yoga has many modern forms. We encourage you to practice the way you like best; group classes, semi-privates, privates, or corporate sessions - in one of our studios, at home, your office, or even in a high school gym. We also offer several Pilates, dance, meditation, philosophy and teacher training programs.
