This practice embraces the gifts of yoga, dance, and martial arts; explores the joy of the body's sensations while building awareness of the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Benefits include cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, balnce, and relaxation. |
| Post-Natal (Mom and baby) Yoga |
| This class is set up for you and your baby. It is a gentle Hatha yoga class with particular care given to the parts of the body that are still tender from birth or breast feeding. Baby participants should be “pre-crawlers”, up to approximately 6 months of age. |
| Pre-Natal |
| Prenatal Yoga is a great way to help you focus more deeply on your pregnancy, giving yourself and your baby the time and attention you both need. Prenatal yoga class involves gentle stretching and strengthening as well as breathing techniques, sounding and deep relaxation. It's fun, easy and helps eliminate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy, from backache to ankle swelling and many others. Recommended most for the second and third trimester of pregnancy. |
| Pilates |
Pilates aligns the skeletal system while stretching and strengthening the muscles. The focus is on strengthening the body's core. Sculpts and tones. A favourite among dancers and a great balance to your yoga practice.

| Restorative Yoga |
We offer restorative classes in yoga. Restorative employs gentle therapeutic techniques to slowly release tightness. Encourages mobility and flexibility. Excellent for fatigue, neck and back pain, fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel syndrome, among others.

| Yin Yoga |
| Most forms of Yoga practiced today are Yang, they emphasize muscular movement and contraction. By contrast Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin postures are held three to five to ten minutes at a time. This type of practice complements the more muscular styles of Yoga and is a great aid for learning to sit in meditation. |

This class teaches you the basic postures and breathing techniques in order to familiarize you with yogic concepts. Suitable for students who have never encountered yoga before.
