This course will continue on Tuesday evenings beginning JAN. 6th. A new session for a fresh new year! Join Vieslav for this incredible combination of both the spiritual and physical practice of yoga. You will be guided through moving meditations as well as 2 separate 20 minute seated meditations each class. This class is suitable for anyone with some yoga experience.

A little bit about Nia:
Nia teaches you how to physically interpret and internally direct your actions and choices, and to listen to the voice of your body and allow the body to be your guide in discovering Dynamic Ease. Practiced barefoot to music, Nia is self-guided, adaptable and safe for any fitness level, from stiff beginners to highly fit athletes. Delivering cardiovascular, whole-body conditioning, Nia is based on creating a loving relationship with the body.
HATHA FUNDAMENTALS --- 6 weeks / $125 +gst

Beginning Monday Jan.12th you can learn all the basics of yoga! Join Cat as she breaks down the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga. She will safely introduce you to the practice providing a comprehensive introduction to the classic postures and breathing techniques. In a small class setting you will expand on your knowledge week to week, allowing for more personalized attention, assists, and time for questions. A perfect way to begin your Yoga practice and the new year!
PRE-NATAL YOGA --- 6 weeks / $125 +gst
*You may join a prenatal session at any time*
Pre-natal Yoga is a great way to help you focus more deeply on your pregnancy, giving yourself and your baby the time and attention you both need. Pre-natal Yoga involves gentle stretching and strengthening as well as breathing techniques, sounding and deep relaxation. It's fun, easy and helps eliminate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy - from backache to ankle swelling and many others. Recommended for the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

MOM & BABY YOGA --- 6 weeks / $125 +gst
This course is set up for you and your baby. It is a gentle Hatha Yoga class with particular care given to the parts of the body that are still tender from birth or breast feeding. Baby participants should be "pre-crawlers," up to approximately 6 months of age.
